Certified Reinsurer Application Watford Re Ltd. Certified Reinsurer Application ________________________________________________ NOTICES Certified Reinsurers Commissioner Tregenza A. Roach, Esq. invites members of the public to respond to Certified Reinsurer Applications submitted to the Virgin Islands Division of Banking insurance and Financial Regulation (DBIFR). Written comments and responses help the DBIFR gather information and provide certain interested and affected parties with an opportunity to present statements to the Commissioner concerning the reinsurers applying for Certified Reinsurer status.
