Dear Sir: The Tutu Environmental Investigation Committee (TEIC) is currently implementing a Remedial Investigation (RI) that includes an evaluation of the groundwater quality in the Tutu area. This work is being conducted in accordance with a work plan approved by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA). The sampling activities are being coordinated with the U.S. Virgin Islands Department of Planning and Natural Resources (DPNR). On behalf of the TEIC, Geraghty & Miller, Inc. is coordinating the sampling activities in the Tutu area. …
