ACT NO, 7476 BILL NO. 30-0069 THIRTIETH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2013 An Act granting Plot No. 211 Estate Golden Rock, Company Quarter, St. Croix a use variance from the R-3 zoning designation ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 29, Chapter 3, subchapter 1, section 238a, Virgin Islands Code a variance is granted for the uses allowed in the R-3(Residential-Medium Density) zoning designation for Plot No. 211 Estate Golden Rock, Company Quarter, St. Croix consisting of approximately 5.7174 U.S. acres, as more fully described on PWD No. 4455-A dated November 29, 1988 to consolidate and relocate the operation of the owner’s yacht manufacturing business. Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on April 16, 2013.
