ETOE BILL NO. 32-0325 ° COVERNOR THIRTY-SECOND LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2018 An Act authorizing the Judicial Branch to reprogram prior year encumbrances for use in FY 2019, and to utilize any available accumulated residual reserves to address more critical fiscal year priorities o--(-- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1, The Judicial Branch of the Government of the Virgin Islands may reprogram prior year encumbrances, in its discretion, for use in Fiscal Year 2019 for any critical fiscal year priorities. The Judicial Branch may also use any available accumulated residual reserves from any prior fiscal year, including accumulated interest earnings on the accumulated residual reserves, to address more critical fiscal year priorities.
