ACTNO. 7061 BILL NO. 28-0030 TWENTY-EIGHT LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2009 An Act amending Act No. 6688 relating to the quorum of the Fifth Constitutional Convention and changing the date for the referendum ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Act No. 6688, SECTION | is amended in Subsection (k), paragraph (5) by striking "21" and inserting "16". SECTION 2. Subsection (q), paragraph (1), as amended by Act No. 6820 section 13 (f), is amended by striking “2008” in both places where it appears and inserting in its place “2010”.
