ACTNO. 7738 BILL NO. 31-0126 THIRTY-FIRST LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2015 An Act changing the name of the road named in memory of the late Ambassador Alphonso Terence Todman and amending Act No. 7647 and correcting mistakes in the biographical information contained in Act No. 7647 o--0)--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. To ensure the accuracy of historical facts for future scholars, the following clauses correct, revise and supersede the historical background information contained in the 1*, 6, 8, 9%, 10, 14 15! 17, 18", and 26" Whereas Clauses in the Preamble to Act No. 7647; WHEREAS, Terence Alphonso Todman was born on St. Thomas on March 13, 1926, the son of Alphonso Todman and Rachael Ca!lwood and was one of ten siblings; and WHEREAS, After leaving Army service, he was inducted into the Hall of Fame of the Infantry School at Fort Benning in the late 1980s; and WHEREAS, in June 1952, Terence Todman earned a Master's Degree in Public Administration from Syracuse University in New York and in August 1952, he joined the U. …
