KINO 8475 BILL NO. 34-0110 THIRTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2021 An Act providing an appropriation for the operation of the Virgin Islands Judiciary and Court System during the fiscal year October 1, 2021, to September 30, 2022 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. There is appropriated from the General Fund, the sum of $43,341,069 to the following entities for operating expenses for the fiscal year October 1, 2021, to September 30, 2022. FY 2022 JUDICIAL COUNCIL $ 110,515 U. S. VIRGIN ISLANDS JUDICIARY AND COURT SYSTEM $ 38,000,000 OFFICE OF THE TERRITORIAL PUBLIC DEFENDER $ 5,230,554 A Day of Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on September 17, 2021.
