ACT NO. 6672 BILL NO. 25-0196 TWENTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2004 To amend Official Zoning Map No. SJZ-2 to rezone Parcel No. 15D-6 Estate Rendevous & Ditleff, No. 15A Cruz Bay, St. John, from R-1 (Residential — Low Density) to R-2 (Residential — Low Density, One and Two Family) ---0--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of Title 29, Virgin Islands Code, section 238, subsection (a), Official Zoning Map No. SJZ-2, for the island of St. John, is amended by changing the zoning designation of Parcel No. 15D-6 Estate Rendevous & Ditleff, No. 15A Cruz Bay, consisting of approximately 29,675 square feet, as more specifically described on P.W.D. No. D0-906-T70, from R-1 (Residential - Low Density) to R-2 (Residential - Low Density, One and Two Family). Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on April 26, 2004.
