Election System of the Virgin Islands NOTICE OF PRIMARY ELECTION In accordance with Title 18 section 94 a. Virgin Islands Code, Please be advised that EARLY VOTING for the PRIMARY ELECTION will be held from July 26, 2016 to July 31, 2016. Polls will be open at 9:00 A.M. and close at 6:00 P.M. The Early Voting location are the Election System offices: District of St. Croix Sunny Isle Annex Unit 4 District of St. Thomas-John St. Thomas: 9200 Lockhart Gardens St. John: Market Place Suite II In accordance with Title 18 section 551 Virgin Islands Code, Please be advised that the PRIMARY ELECTION will be held on AUGUST 6, 2016.
