ACT NO.65 6% BILL NO. 24-0302 TWENTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2002 To amend Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-6 for Plot No. 236, Estate Glynn, King’s Quarter, St. Croix, from R-1 to B-3 ---0--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of title 29, chapter 3, Virgin Islands Code, Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-6, for the island of St. Croix is amended by changing the zoning designation of Plot No. 236, Estate Glynn, King’s Quarter, St. Croix consisting of 1.50 acres, more or less, as described on Survey Map No. 3155 dated August 26, 1973, from R-1 (Residential — Low Density-One and Two-Family) to B-3 (Business — Scattered). Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on August 28, 2002. Witness our Hands and the Seal of the Legislature of the Virgin Islands this 5th Day of September, A.D., 2002.
