The following sum, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from funds in the Transportation Trust Fund to the Bureau of Motor Vehicles Fund for operating expenses, including wages of salaried employees of the Bureau of Motor Vehicles, during the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2006 and ending September 30, 2007, as hereinafter specified. …
