ACT NO.6563 BILL NO. 24-0298 TWENTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2002 To amend Official Zoning Map No. SJZ-3 for Parcel No. 14-3, Estate Carolina, No. 1, Northwest Portion, Coral Bay Quarter, St. John from R-2 to B-3 and for other purposes ---0--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of title 29, chapter 3, Virgin Islands Code, Official Zoning Map No. SJZ-3 for the island of St. John is amended by changing the zoning designation of Parcel No. 14-3, Estate Carolina, No. 1, Northwest Portion, Coral Bay Quarter, St. John, consisting of 0.786 U.S. acres as more fully described on OLG No. D9-6785-T000, from R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two-Family) to B-3 (Business - Scattered). SECTION 2. Notwithstanding any other law, a zoning variance is granted from the zoning requirements of the R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two-Family) zoning district to Parcel 57-118, Estate Smith Bay, Nos. 1, 2 and 3 East End Quarter, St. Thomas, consisting of 0.775 U.S. …
