Pursuant to 29 V.LC. § 238, Official Zoning Map STZ-3 for the island of St. Thomas is amended by changing the zoning designation for Parcel No. 16 Remainder Estate Bonne Resolution, No. 5 Little Northside Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, consisting of approximately 0.6024 U.S. acres, as more adequately described on PWD Map. No. D9-7051-T002 from R-1 (Residential — Low Density) to R-2 (Residential — Low Density — One and Two Family).
