ACINO, 7105 BILL NO. 28-0111 TWENTY-EIGHTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2009 An Act providing an appropriation for operating expenses of the Bureau of Motor Vehicles of the Government of the Virgin Islands during the fiscal year October 1, 2009, to September 30, 2010 ---()--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. (a) Notwithstanding 33 V.LC., §3003a (e) and (f), the following sum, or so much of the sum as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Transportation Trust Fund to the Bureau of Motor Vehicles Fund for operating expenses, including wages of salaried employees of the Bureau of Motor Vehicles, during the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2009, and ending September 30, 2010, as hereinafter specified in subsection (b).
