ACT NO, 7602 BILL NO. 30-0371 THIRTIETH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2014 An Act to rezone Plot No. 246-L Estate Glynn, St. Croix, from A-2 (Agriculture Zone) to R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two-Family) —0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, the Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-6 for the island of St. Croix is amended by changing the zoning designation for Plot No. 246-L Estate Glynn, King’s Quarter, St. Croix, Virgin Islands, consisting of approximately 2.1217 U.S. acres as more fully shown on PWD Drawing No. 4083 dated February 5, 1982, from A-2 (Agriculture Zone) to R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two-Family).
