The naming of the park will be a public statement, declaring that the VI Government and its people appreciate the important and valuable role that the band has played in preserving and promoting our musical heritage. It is hoped that through your leadership you will be able to influence the other Senators in supporting this bill and ensure its passage in order to honor publicly the massive cultural contributions that the Ten Sleepless Knights, have made throughout our Virgin Islands.
