ACTNO.9 115 BILL NO. 36-0310 THIRTY-SIXTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2026 An act amending Act Nos. 8870 and 8985 regarding the appropriations for the Ivanna Eudora Keen High School track and field facilities Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. (a) Act No. 8870, as amended by Act No. 8985, section 3, (Bill No. 36- 0047) is amended in subsection (b) by striking “must be expended not later than May 2025” and inserting “remains available until expended”. (b) Strike section 3(b) of Act No. 8985. Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on June 12, 2026.
