Pursuant to title 29, chapter 3, section 238a, Virgin Islands Code, Parcel No. 2-H Estate Anna’s Retreat and the Remainder of Parcel No. 2 Estate Anna’s Retreat, No. 1 New Quarter, St. Thomas, consisting of approximately 0.943 acres and 21,798 square feet, respectively, as more accurately shown on PWD Map Nos. D9-1633- T80 and D9-33944-T87, are granted a zoning variance from the R-2 (Residential-Low Density One and Two Family) zoning designation for the purpose of operating the corporate offices of Steve Lammens and Professional Design/Builders, Inc. d/b/a Custom Builder’s. …
