ACT NO. 7109 BILL NO. 28-0115 TWENTY-EIGHTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2009 An Act providing for the lump sum appropriation from the Health Revolving Fund for fiscal year October 1, 2009, through September 30, 2010 ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The following sum, or so much of the sum as may be necessary to accomplish the purposes specified, is appropriated from funds available or deposited in the Health Revolving Fund for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2010, as follows. Fiscal year 2010 6018 HEALTH REVOLVING 700 HEALTH TOTAL HEALTH $2,775,350 TOTAL HEALTH REVOLVING $2,775,350 SECTION 2. Title 2 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 2, section 28(b) does not apply to the lump-sum budget granted to the Department of Health in Section 1.
