T is hereby brought to public notice | that Income Tax return forms may be obtained at the Office of the Des- patching Secretary for the town and country district of Christiansted and at the Office of the Police Judge, Fred~rik- sted for the town and country district of Frederiksted. Special atiention is in- vited to the following requirements con- cerning Income Tax : A return is required of each and ev- ery person (including corporations) hav- ing a total (gross) lncome of Francs 4,500.00, or over, Non-residents (including non-resident corporations) are not entitled to the exemption of Francs 4,500.00. Income Tax Returns must be filed, at the Despatching Secretary’s Office, on or before March 31, after which date Income Tax Returns will be received only by the Court. For failure to make return on or be- fore March 31, any person (including corporations) required to do so by the terms of the Ordinance shall be liable to a penalty of not less thas Francs 100.00 nor more than Franes 5,000.00.
