ACTNO, 7769 BILL NO. 31-0228 THIRTY-FIRST LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2015 An Act providing an appropriation from the Tourism Advertising Revolving Fund to the Office of the Governor, Virgin Islands Police Department, the Department of Public Works, the Virgin Islands Waste Management Authority and the Department of Tourism during the Fiscal Year October 1, 2015 through September 30, 2016 anaQe-- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Notwithstanding 33V.1.C. §3072 (c), the following sums ,or so much of the sums as may be necessary, arc appropriated in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2016, from the Tourism Advertising Revolving Fund to the Office of the Governor for the Bureau of Economic Research to conduct traveler exit surveys and other tourism and economic studies and activities, to the Virgin Islands Police Department for police operations on St. Thomas, St. John and St. …
