ACT NO.6399 BILL NO. 24-0049 TWENTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2001 To grant a zoning variance of Official Zoning Map No. SCZ 12 for Plot No. 20, Estate Profit, St. Croix, for the sale of used automobiles and the operation of a bakery and beauty shop ---0-—- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of title 29, chapter 3, section 238a,Virgin Islands Code, a variance is granted for Official Zoning Map No. SCZ 10 for the island of St. Croix, Plot No. 20, Estate Profit, King’s Quarter, consisting of 0.22038 U.S. acres as more fully described on Public Works Drawing No. 997 dated February 17, 1965, for the purpose of allowing for used car sales, a bakery, and a barber/beauty shop. All other requirements of the R-4 designation shall continue to apply along with the following conditions shall apply to the variance: 1.
