Public record The underlying proceeding is a public record of the Legislature of the Virgin Islands. 3 V.I.C. § 881(a) defines public records to include all records and documents of or belonging to this Territory or any branch of government, or any "department, board, council or committee of any branch of government" · which names legislative committees by category. § 881(b) gives every citizen the right to examine and copy such records, and the news media the right to publish them. (The open-meetings chapter, 1 V.I.C. § 254, does NOT reach the Legislature: § 253(b) expressly excludes it and its Standing and Special Committees. § 881 does, and it is § 881 that confers the right to copy and publish.) Right here. It's me again, just to the opportunity to go ahead and silence your phone, please and thank you. 0:02:00 How do you feel about that light right there though? Well then, I'll clear it. Ain't got nobody next to us, so we can just do like this and forget about the light and try and find people in the crowd. Let me just try and go live with this. Oh, you could even bring this. Thank you. Thank you. 0:02:35 Thank you. Thank you. I think we've never done a few of the marijuana out there. There's a bad lot of programming. But we've got one actually there. Oh, that's a good one. 0:03:56 Okay. We've got a flip on that option. Big up. It's an authentic paper network. Authentic paper network. It's somebody that's all in front of the corner. Yeah. Bypass the whole same. I'm going to show you something. So the problem is the force not to trigger, it's a trick, you know, because the VA is in the center. If you want a temp, let me go try it up. So if you can have one of the people who can do a medical animal system, you can help all the persons and all the persons who can do the human being, so this is what that person can do, and you can look at the salary of the person having two of the girls, a minimal salary, so what we do is do, and then the person who can do the education, Thank you. um Thank you. 1:40:23 Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. So this is something that we can do. 1:42:49 When you talk about you, the brothers, I'm going to say what they're talking about. They're construction, they're treating you. And they're saying they're not, they're not, they're not, you know, what you call it, they're not a teenager, so somebody will tell it to them. And I'm just asking how to make you have us identify the kids that need to be, It's a nice place and other sort of a nice place than a nice place. More with funding than the size for them. And this is going to survive the city. Well, you're good. Senator Brayden. I'm not sure. I'm not absolutely. You have the situation already going to the university. You're going to look a lot already with us going under the school center. 1:44:52 And so I want to talk about our social system, you in this community have never seen, in this administration, and this administration, really vulnerable to fund everything to make it affordable and easy for everyone. And you're going to say, continue that matter, moving forward. So I'm just going to see, I mean, I get it. I'm going to tell you tonight that when this bill is hot, everything is going to be free. And you're going to not do that. I cannot do that. I need deep and generous of you, but I want very much to make sure it's affordable for everyone to get a piece of this aspect. I don't like this yourself. You said something about a male and female. 1:45:42 I think in this community, in this world I know, I see diversity. I see people doing different things. I went to the modern scene and I'm really nice. I was in the back of the summer. I saw millions of fucking boys in my lady here. Millions being at a girl being at a last show. Now you're sitting there. I'm saying, I'm going to worry you. We're going to talk to you. I'm afraid we're going to talk to you right now. I'm just a million. I see everything we're going on here. I'm going to talk to you right now. I'm going to talk to you. I'm going to talk to you. I'm going to talk to you. like the programs and some things that I didn't know already, but I want to hear what I mean. One thing, I'd like to actually remember this word, many private students, non-profit students. That means that we want teenagers to enroll in male-dominated populations, I mean, occupations, and males to enroll in female-dominated occupations So, to answer your question, I think you all said you remember the workforce development board, and whether the staff accepted this role as a state director for a second or third age, I found out that the workforce development board through the Department of Labor's legislation does not fund or finance or offer tuition for an alternative type occupation, such as cosmetology or that other way, right? 1:46:23 And so, one of the ways that we have been working, and this is true, the bill, the legislative master of the building is putting together for, you know, the school college to attend, for CCCC students. One of the ways that we have been working with on the Department of Education is, we have been flipping the switch. So, this is what? You know, the public education system, the public education is a mental education. So what we're doing, and I think this is going to be an article specifically, is you can take those current clients that you have chosen, and we can actually integrate them with expectations that make them less than entrepreneurs and more than employers. you're going to have a degree of solidification that puts you into the workforce and one more thing and i'm going to watch another time to mention that we're respectful of the to the government's questions or funding. The second grant that we have has evidence funding for a construction series in there, and that's for everyone. And then in the section of borrowing and those courses that might not need . 1:48:21 One thing that we started talking about is that we have balance with both of the in our technical college so that virtualized technical college can build a scholarship based upon their students needs so that should be another way to learn as well and again just to be iterated on some of the lessons that we're going to be able to help you out I am currently enrolled in the school center. I am studying clinical medical assistance. How does this new development work for us? 1:50:00 Machine transcript · UNVERIFIED. Verify every quotation against the recording. So we're graduating with a certificate. Your program has not lined up immediately for time of degree. So when you've done it, you've done it with a certificate. How this benefits you, is that you and your members of the resources and the support. The good bad thing is that the group is a great program. You guys are already placed at high levels. But we're doing at the time when you're ready to continue your education and level up even more, there's even more access for you. My second question. Would Mr. Francis be in the blood of a therapist for this two? 1:50:46 Because you both say that when we're moving principles, what happens to Mr. Francis? Because he can't be a principal. And in our families, his title is principal. But if you're a pastor, he's not a pastor. You can start it as a principal. Are you a principal? No. Not at all. So he is. that's what we mean by the administrative structure okay Thank you. 1:51:37 and some of the things that we may live in now so some of the students asking some questions that we're graduating right now but i want to speak to also to the And this is about maybe five, six years ago. But I want to say that even though I started here at the high school, it was supposed to be a college student program. I was given a school certificate in the first education certificate. When I was a nurse in a country in New York City, my first job with that certificate, I landed a job in the nurse in my memory, my own work. It worked. 1:53:05 But could you imagine what it's going to do to our students here today? Thank you. Thank you. 1:54:01 Okay, so one more question, so that everything feels more good, good, good, good, good, good, For me, for instance, I want to go back to school to go on certification. 1:55:05 So many of you are not 25. I'm sorry, that's a sign. I'm sorry. I don't know if I'm sorry. So I want to know, like, for the adult one of them. I feel like there's a good idea, but then adult one of them says, I said the school center is actually a black man. The population is a black man. Like I said, I came from the high school zone. And I said, my college has 10 students. I am the only one in my college that went and continued my college. With the school center, I took out the school center. And the students, they live in two lives. 1:55:43 So they want to learn. So I don't want it to take away from the adult man. No, and so I'll be very brief and I'll be trying to make sure we get these questions in. The version of the Technical College is for the second one, which is high school students, and it's the first second one, which is for adult learners. And you go, it's the same question as gentlemen about bottom answers. We have astonishing courses for the Technical College itself. We're not going to say everything's going to be seen, but we're going to sit in an advocate program for anyone who wants to participate in the learning ad person level. Okay? Now, do we have two programs over here? I'm going to make a nice place for you to meet from the students. I just want to ask, this has to be with governance and authority. 1:56:23 All of the roles of the board for career and practical education, and the council becomes the changes to avoid overlapping affairs. So that's easy, the council is hired by the board. Okay. Right, so the council runs the operations, the day-to-day, the board needs to appear. So there will be no overlapping. 1:57:19 No, that is a different duty, it's not part of the council's time on the board. So, for example, when going on the side of the commissioner, the commissioner works on the day-to-day with the Department of Education. Thank you. No comment. We have a question. So the technical charge is based on the dependent of the district of budgetary . So that's the job that I'm sure is that there is no independence. So is the one that runs the school. 1:57:45 So when he says system, it's a piece of responsibility. The department is making sure that the public forms are completed. They're making sure that the policy will appear. So, we're going to make a difference in terms of how it might be, but once the knowledge comes up here, we're going to contact your question. Hello. Hello. Hello. Hello. Some of our students, number one, we're going to have two sessions. So, one, is a learning, it's a learning management system, being implemented, blackboards, brightskins, et cetera, so everyone's knowledge is communication issues between teachers and students. 1:58:20 So, you can post assignments, textbooks, grades, et cetera. Yesterday, I'm going to do one more step further, so we're working with you now to make sure that those two are answered. And the last one, it's the NPR who's kind of put it, that's like, put it to you, because it is. And you're going to take it to our point program? Yeah. Yeah, it's got to be like, it's like your situation, so if it's society certified, then it is codified, you know, you're going to be able to say yes or no, it's going to be time, and I put it down. Thank you. You're welcome. So, we are going to see right now. 1:59:03 I mean, wait for it before you go to the board, so I'm going to turn it over to everybody. This one I'll say, I'm an appreciation to you and I'll come in this evening for anyone tuning in this evening for all the great questions.
