a BILL NO. 32-0254 THIRTY-SECOND LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2018 An Act ratifying the Governor's approval of Minor Coastal Zone Permit No. CZJ-24-16W issued to Pillsbury Sound Land Company, Inc. WHEREAS, the Commissioner of the Department of Planning and Natural Resources issued Minor Coastal Zone Permit No. CZJ-24-16W to Pillsbury Sound Land Company, Inc. on June 13, 2018, which the Governor of the Virgin Islands approved on July 23, 2018; and WHEREAS, the Permit allows Pillsbury Sound Land Company, Inc. the continued use and occupancy of the following: an existing 12° x 12° rectangular floating swim platform (144 ft? of water area); an existing 60° x 4° water access walkway (80 ft? of water area): and three swim buoys that defines a swim area seaward of Parcels 3AAA and 3AB; and WHEREAS, title 12 Virgin Islands Code. …
