ACTNO. 8319 BILL NO. 33-0245 THIRTY-THIRD LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2020 An Act honoring and commending Pastor Hector Gonzalez for his 56-plus years of ministry and his outstanding service and dedication to the people of St. Croix, and naming a road in his honor ~~--0--- WHEREAS, Mr. Hector Luis Gonzalez was born on the island of Vieques, Puerto Rico on July 14, 1948; WHEREAS, Mr. Gonzalez along with his soon-to-be wife, Nilda Quifiones, accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior in November on the same night in 1963; WHEREAS, Mr. Gonzalez married Nilda Quifiones on December 30, 196, and moved to St. Croix on May 25, 1968, to seek better employment opportunities; WHEREAS, Mr. Gonzalez and his wife Nilda are the proud parents of 6 children, 14 grandchildren and | great-grandchild; - WHEREAS, Mr. Gonzalez in 1968 began working at the V.I.
