ACT NO, 7494 BILL NO. 30-0091 THIRTIETH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2013 An Act amending title 33 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 57(b) relating to the Marine Terminal Tax ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Title 33 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 57 is amended in subsection (b) by striking both occurrences of “Government of the Virgin Islands” and inserting “Virgin Islands Port Authority”. SECTION 2. Title 33 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 57 is amended by striking paragraph (d) in its entirety. SECTION 3. This Act will become effective on October 1, 2013. Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on June 28, 2013. Witness our Hands and Seal of the Legislature of the Virgin Islands this Day of July, A.D., 2013.
