ACTNO. 7037 BILL NO. 27-0233 TWENTY-SEVENTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS , Regular Session 2008 An Act providing for the operating expenses of the Public Employees Relations Board and the Labor Management Committee for fiscal year October 1, 2008, to September 30, 2009 ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. There is appropriated in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2009, from the Union Arbitration Award and Government Employees Increment Fund, established pursuant to section 3066 of title 33 Virgin Islands Code, the sum of $830,000 to the Public Employees Relations Board for operating expenses. The sum remains available until expended. SECTION 2. There is appropriated in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2009, from the Union Arbitration Award and Government Employees Increment Fund, established pursuant to section 3066 of title 33 Virgin Islands Code, the sum of $165,000 to the Labor Management Committee for operating expenses.
