ACTNO. 7560¢ BILL NO. 30-0274 THIRTIETH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2013 An Act ratifying the Amendment to the Lease Agreement between the Government of the Virgin Islands and Coral World (V.1.), Inc. and Major Coastal Zone Permit No. CZT-12-12 (L&W) ---0--- WHEREAS, the Government of the Virgin Islands and Coral World (V.L.), Inc. executed an Amendment to the Lease Agreement between the Government of the Virgin Islands and Coral World (V.I.), Inc. on September 9, 2013 for the occupancy of Parcels D-1 and D-2 at Coki Point, St. Thomas; and WHEREAS, the amendment to the above-referenced Lease Agreement is for the exchange and reconfiguration of a portion of submerged lands occupied by Coral World in order to provide adequate deep water within the proposed Dolphin Habitat and to exclude sensitive seagrass beds from the project area; and WHEREAS, the St. Thomas Committee of the Virgin Islands Coastal Zone Management Commission issued Major Costal Zone Permit No. CZT-12-12 (L &W) on June 4, 2013; and WHEREAS, Coastal Zone Permit No. …
