ACTNO. 8289 BILL NO. 33-0265 THIRTY-THIRD LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2020 An Act amending Act No. 8245 (Bill No. 33-0157) by amending appropriations made for the operation of the Government of the Virgin Islands during Fiscal Year October 1, 2019 to September 30, 2020 o--0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Act No. 8245 (Bill No. 33-0157), section 1 is amended in the following instances: (a) Line item “0100 GENERAL FUND” is amended as follows: (1) Page 3, subsection (D) is amended as follows: (A) Strike “SPR MCBEAN ELROD HENDRICKS LITTLE LEAGUE WEST $35,000” and insert the following language in its place; “SPR ALVIN MCBEAN LITTLE LEAGUE EAST $17,500 SPR ELROD HENDRICKS LITTLE LEAGUE WEST $17,500”; (2) Page 5, subsection (Q), category “DOF HURRICANE RELATED PROCEDURES AND IMPLEMENTATION OF NEW GASB STD” is amended by striking “$300,000” and inserting “$825,000” in its place; (3) Page 5, subsection (Q), category “DOF COURT MANDATED ORDER TO CALCULATE OUTSTANDING GERS CONTRIBUTIONS” is amended by striking “$825,000” and inserting …
