ACTNO, 7641 BILL NO. 30-0339 THIRTIETH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2014 An Act amending title 29 Virgin Islands Code, section 1306 and Act No. 7301 relating to The Hotel Development Act of 2011 ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 13, section 1306, subsection (c), paragraph (2) is amended by striking “or”; adding a “‘,” after “St. Thomas”; and inserting “or Water Island” after “St. John”. SECTION 2. Act No. 7301 is amended in the following instances: (a) Section 2 is amended after “expire” by striking “three years after enactment” and inserting “December 31, 2020”, and at the end of the section by striking “three years” and inserting “2020”; and (b) Section 3, subsection (a) is amended by striking “of $50,000” and inserting after “marketing” the following new language: “as follows: (1) A project with an annual gross revenues of less than $1,000,000; (2) A project with an annual gross revenue more than $1,000,000 but less than $5,000,000 and (3) — A project with annual gross revenues of $ …
