The agreement is to lease a portion of Remainder Parcel No. 3B Estate Susannaberg, 17A Cruz Bay Quarter, St. John, United States Virgin Islands, consisting of 9,000 U.S. sq. ft. or 0.206 U.S. acre(s) of improved land more-or-less (the “Premises”). …

The agreement is to lease a portion of Remainder Parcel No. 3B Estate Susannaberg, 17A Cruz Bay Quarter, St. John, United States Virgin Islands, consisting of 9,000 U.S. sq. ft. or 0.206 U.S. acre(s) of improved land more-or-less (the “Premises”). The Lessee shall use the Premises to manage and expand medical and commercial helicopter transportation services from the existing helipad on the Government of The Virgin Islands’ property on St. John.
