ACT NO. 6894 BILL NO. 26-0311 TWENTY-SIXTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRIGN ISLANDS Regular Session 2006 An Act providing appropriations for salaries and operating expenses of the Superior Court of the Virgin Islands and the Judicial Council for the Fiscal Year October 1, 2006, to September 30, 2007, and for other purposes ---G--- -- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The sum of $26,390,022 is appropriated from the General Fund in the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2006, and ending September 30, 2007, to the Superior Court for salaries and other operating expenses. SECTION 2. The sum of $429,098 is appropriated from the General Fund for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2006, and ending September 30, 2007, to the Judicial Council for salaries and other operating expenses. SECTION 3. The appropriations contained in this Act are not subject to title 2 V.I.C. §28 (b). Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on September 20, 2006.
