ACTNO. 8413 BILL NO. 33-0438 THIRTY-THIRD LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2020 An Act making an appropriation of $75,000 from the Centennial Special Fund to the Department of Education for the Charlotte Amalie High School’s centennial activities; amending the Virgin Islands Code, title 20, chapter 32, section 225b, relating to the transfer on death beneficiaries for vehicles, to establish the right of survival among transfer-on-death beneficiaries, to give the certificate of title designating a transfer on death beneficiary precedence over a will or other testamentary instrument, and to require the release of a lien on a vehicle before transfer of the vehicle; amending title 27, chapter 9, section 305h, relating to the prohibition on the sale, importation and distribution of sunscreen and personal-care products that contain oxybenzone, octocrylene or octinoxate. to remove personal-care products from the ban; and amending title 30. chapter 7. subchapter II, relating to the Virgin Islands Public Broadcasting System. …
