ACT NO.6458 BILL NO. 24-0148 TWENTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2001 To appropriate monies for salaries, operating expenses, and equipment of the Legislature of the Virgin Islands for Fiscal Year ending September 30, 2002 ---0--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The following sums are hereby appropriated from any available funds in the General Fund of the Treasury of the Virgin Islands for expenditure by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands in the Fiscal Year ending September 30, 2002. Legislature of the Virgin Islands $15,300,000 SECTION 2. The appropriation contained in Section 1 of this Act shall be reduced by the sum expended for objects and purposes of such items between October 1, 2001, and the effective date of this Act, which sums were expended pursuant to Section 9(e) of the Revised Organic Act of the Virgin Islands, 48 U.S.C., §1575(e).
