BILL NO. 32-0253 THIRTY-SECOND LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2018 An Act granting use variance to Parcel No. 105 Remainder Estate Bolongo Bay, No. 3 Frenchman Bay Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Istands to convert the variance granted for the bowling alley toa use variance for office and incidental storage use a--Q)--- WHEREAS, pursuant to section 50(g) of Act No. 6269, a use variance was granted to Parcel No. 105 Remainder Estate Bolongo Bay, No. 3 Frenchman Bay Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, “for the purpose of constructing a church and two community centers for the specific purposes of table games such as ping pong and electronic games, a bowling alley, a children’s playroom, a large screen TV room, and a meeting room to be constructed with a minimum setback of twenty-five (25) feet (rom all residential properties;” and WHEREAS, the applicant, VI Christian Ministries, Inc., per its application dated May 15, 2018, requests a use variance to “utilize the building that once contained the bowling alley for offices and area outside for parking and storage;” and WH …
