ACT NO, 7976 BILL NO. 31-0503 THIRTY-FIRST LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2016 An Act granting a zoning use variance for Plot No. 43-B Estate La Grande Princesse, Company Quarter, St. Croix, Virgin Islands. to allow for a restaurant and retail use ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Notwithstanding title 29 Virgin Islands Code, section 238, subsection (a), pursuant to tide 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238a, a zoning use variance from the R-3 (Residential - Medium Density) zoning designation is granted for Plot No. 43-B Estate La Grande Princesse, Company Quarter, St. Croix, Virgin Islands, consisting of approximately 0.5 U.S. acres, as described on Drawing No. 271, dated April 15, 1952, to allow for a restaurant and retail use. All the other requirements of the R-3 (Residential ~ Medium Density) zoning designation continue to apply to the property. Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on December 20, 2016. …
