ACTNO, 7786 BILL NO. 31-0207 THIRTY-FIRST LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2015 An Act providing an appropriation for operating expenses of the Department of Public Works and the Waste Management Authority from the St. John Capital Improvement Fund of the Government of the Virgin Islands during the fiscal year October 1, 2015 through September 30, 2016 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The following sums, or so much of the sums as may be necessary, are appropriated from the St. John Capital Improvement Fund for operating expenses including maintenance, supplies, machinery and equipment and other purposes of the Department of Public Works and the Waste Management Authority for the Fiscal Year October 1, 2015 through September 30, 2016. …
