ACTNO. 8067 BILL NO. 32-0219 THIRTY-SECOND LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2018 An Act to amend Official Zoning District Map SCZ-6 to allow for the rezoning of Plot No. 10-D Estate Constitution Hill, Queen’s Quarter, St. Croix, Virgin Islands from R-1 (Residential-Low Density) to R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two Family) oo-Q--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, the Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-6 for the island of St. Croix is amended by changing the zoning designation for Plot No. 10-D Estate Constitution Hill, Queen’s Quarter, St. Croix, Virgin Islands, consisting of approximately 0.678 U.S. acres as shown on Drawing No. 3153, dated August 1, 1973, from R-1 (Residential-Low Density) to R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two Family).
