ACTNO. 8462 BILL NO. 34-0034 THIRTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2021 An Act amending title | Virgin Islands Code by adding chapter 3A enacting the Uniform Electronic Legal Material Act, to provide for the management of electronic legal information in a manner that guarantees the trustworthiness of and continuing access to important governmental legal material Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Title 1 Virgin Islands Code is amended by adding a chapter 3A to read as follows: “Chapter 3A. The Uniform Electronic Legal Material Act § 60a. Short title This chapter may be cited as the Uniform Electronic Legal Material Act. § 60b.
