Augag- neur, who w>s a member of the Caillaux Ministry, as Minister of Marine, at the time of the Agadir incident, stated that the attitude of M. Caillaux was correct. Paris, March 23rd.-- Following a note which the German Govt. addressed re- cently tp the Supreme (¢ ouncil, asking for authority to send fresh military forces to the Ruhr Basin, German officers have arrived in Paris and laid the proposal be- fore the Allizs. It is believed that the Reich Govt. will be authorized tc¢ send one hundred thousand men to the Ruhr, as a police force. Algiers, March 23rd.—The aviator, M.
