ALIN. ‘118 BILL NO. 28-0124 TWENTY-EIGHTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2009 An Act providing for an appropriation from the Tourism Advertisement Revolving Fund to the Office of the Governor, the Virgin Islands Police Department, the Department of Public Works, the Virgin Islands Waste Management Agency and the Department of Tourism during the fiscal year October 1, 2009, through September 30, 2010 ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. (a) Notwithstanding 33 V.I.C., §3072 (c), the following sums or so much of them as may be necessary is appropriated from the Tourism Advertising Revolving Fund, to the Office of the Governor, Bureau of Economic Research, to conduct traveler exit surveys, to the Virgin Islands Police Department for police operations on St. Thomas/St. John and St. Croix, to the Department of Public Works and the Waste Management Agency to fund various festival clean-ups and to the Department of Tourism for various festivals in fiscal year ending September 30, 2010, as follows. …
