ACT NO. 7336 BILL NO. 29-0111 Twenty-Ninth Legislature Of The Virgin Islands Regular Session 2011 An Act requiring all students participating in interscholastic sports to have an annual physical examination, at the beginning of the sport season prior to that individual participating in any interscholastic sports and for other purposes ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Title 17 Virgin Islands Code, Chapter 10, Section 111 is amended by inserting subsections (d), (e) and (f) to read as follows: “(d) The Department of Education shall adopt rules and regulations that require all students participating in interscholastic athletic competitions or who are candidates for an interscholastic athletic team to satisfactorily pass a medical evaluation each year prior to participating in interscholastic athletic competitions or engaging in any practice, tryout, workout, or other physical activity associated with the student's candidacy for an interscholastic athletic team. …
