ACT NO. 7982 BILL NO. 32-0017 THIRTY-SECOND LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2017 An Act amending Act No. 7892 relating to the Board of Elections; providing for the temporary operation of the district boards of elections; directing the St. Thomas-St. John Board of Elections to conduct the special elections to fill the vacancy in the office of a member of the Legislature; providing for the transition of the district boards of elections to a single board of elections; designating the single Board of Elections as the only policymaking body in the election system; and for other related purposes ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1.
