ACTNO.8 86 8 BILL NO. 35-0310 THIRTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2024 An Act appropriating $250,000 from the St. Croix Capital Improvement Fund to the Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority for the emergency restoration of electrical services in the Bugby Hole and Spring Garden/Spring Gut areas on the island of St. Croix ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Notwithstanding the use restriction in title 33 Virgin Islands Code, subtitle 3, chapter 111, section 3087, subsection (a), the sum of $250,000 is appropriated in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2024, from the St. Croix Capital Improvement Fund, to the Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority, for the emergency restoration of electrical services in the Bugby Hole and Spring Garden/Spring Gut areas on the island of St. Croix.
