ACTNO. 8522 BILL NO. 34-0162 THIRTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2021 An Act to rezone Plot No. 136 Estate St. George, Prince Quarter, St. Croix, Virgin Islands from R- 2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two Family) to B-3 (Business-Scattered) ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, the Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-11 for the island of St. Croix, is amended by changing the zoning designation for Parcel No. 136 Estate St. George, Prince Quarter, St. Croix, Virgin Islands consisting of approximately 18.9072 U.S. acres as more fully described on Drawing No. D9-6363-C013 from R- 2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two Family) to B-3 (Business-Scattered).
