' Paris, July Bth.—The French Govt. has informed its Allies that it has with- drawn the I'rench Mission appointed to follow the triais in ULeipsie of Germans accused of violating the rules of civilized warfare. An ex~hange of views has been going on between the Allied Govts. as to the attitude to be taken in view of the verdicts rendeved ‘in che cases thus far decided. The French are particu- lariy indignant because of the acquital on Wednesdav of Lieutenant-General Stengeir wao was charged with ovdering his troops to Kkill the French wounded and prisoners, and the hostile attitude of the Leipsic troops towards the Allied Missioners.
