Estate Carolina, Coral Bay Quarter, St. John Virgin Islands —-0-— Be it enacted by the Legislature ofthe Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238a, a zoning use variance from the R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two Family) zoning designation is granted for Parcel No. 14 Rem. Estate Carolina, Coral Bay Quarter, St. John, consisting of approximately 2.309 U.S. acres, as shown on Drawing No. D9-6941-TOOl, Warranty Deed dated February 23, 2017, to allow for Animals, Boarding (Kennels), Clinic (Office), Hospital (Veterinary), Shelter (Pound), and Playgrounds with the following conditions: (1) A noise survey must be conducted prior to the building permit application submission to determine the area that may be impacted by noise. …
