Pursuant to the provisions of title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238a, a zoning use variance from the R-3 (Residential-Medium Density) zoning designation is granted for Plot No. 5B Estate Fountain, Northside “A” Quarter, St. Croix, Virgin Islands, consisting of approximately 4.7013 U.S. acres, as more adequately described on the Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-S5 to allow for the landing portion of a zip line. All other requirements of the R-3 (Residential-Medium Density) zoning designation continue to apply to the property.
