The meering was honored by the presence of Governor and Mrs. Oman, accompanied by nis various aides. Precisely at 8 o'clock the Chairman, Mr. Jne. N. Lightbourn, called the meet- ing to order, and immediately proceed- ed with the program. Arter the singing of the late Colonel’s favorite hvmn, ' How Found a Ifounda- tion’’, by the audicnce the Invocation was read by the Rav. S. R. Sales. A flag ceremony by a guard of the Boy Scout:; under command of livan Duurloo, was very smartly carried thru and then the audienze sang ‘‘Onward Christian Soldiers.
