R. 4571 AN ACT To designate the United States Post Office building located at 103–104 Estate Richmond in Saint Croix, Virgin Is- lands, as the ‘‘Wilbert Armstrong Post Office’’. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa- 1 tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2 2 •HR 4571 EH SECTION 1. DESIGNATION. 1 The United States Post Office building located at 2 103–104 Estate Richmond in Saint Croix, Virgin Islands, 3 shall be known and designated as the ‘‘Wilbert Armstrong 4 Post Office’’. 5 SEC. 2. REFERENCES. 6 Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, 7 paper, or other record of the United States to the building 8 referred to in section 1 shall be deemed to be a reference 9 to the Wilbert Armstrong Post Office. 10 Passed the House of Representatives September 19, 1994.
